DESCRIPTION:The BITNILE.COM Grand Prix of Portland (Aug. 8-10\, 2025) is an annual race event headlined by the NTT INDYCAR SERIES held at Portland International Raceway (PIR). PIR is a 1.964-mile\, 12-turn permanent road course owned by the City of Portland and operated under Portland Parks & Recreation. PIR has been the site of many memorable INDYCAR races since the inaugural Portland race in 1984\, and in 2025\, the BITNILE.COM Grand Prix of Portland will kick off Portland’s Speed Month which also includes the Pacific Office Automation 147 (Aug. 29-30)\, a NASCAR Xfinity Series event. The PIR IndyCar weekend will also feature open-wheel competition from INDY NXT by Firestone and the USF Pro Championships.
