DESCRIPTION:Intro to Ballet will be held Tuesdays at 4:45-5:45 p.m. from September 8\, 2026 in six-week sessions for dancers ages 12-18.\n\n\nThis introductory class is designed for young men new to ballet in a fun and supportive environment.\n\n\nBallet is powerful cross-training for athletes in all sports. It develops core strength\, flexibility\, balance\, coordination\, posture\, and endurance while improving body awareness\, precision\, and mental focus. Many athletes use ballet to enhance agility\, support injury prevention\, and improve overall performance.\n\n \n\n\nEditor’s note: This event is a community submission.
