Halloween on Franklin Street hosts a Halloween display each night in October. Visitors can get a special goodie while enjoying towering 12-foot skeletons, spooky witches on brooms, tombstones along with lights, music and special effects from 5-9 p.m. on Halloween night, October 31.

The Halloween display is located at 4616 NW Franklin Street in Vancouver.
