DESCRIPTION:Celebrate 100 years of the Oaks Park Carousel on National Carousel Day! Since 1926\, this treasured landmark has delighted generations of families\, and they’re marking its milestone with a day of special activities honoring its remarkable history.\n\n\nFree carousel rides all day from 12-8 PM.  Explore historical displays highlighting the Carousel’s century-long legacy\, pick up a commemorative souvenir button while supplies last\, and take a memorable ride alongside Portland’s Royal Rosarians from 2:00–3:00 PM. At 3:00 PM enjoy a free slice of birthday cake while supplies last.\n\n\nBe part of Carousel history by leaving a message\, memory\, or wish for the future in our special Carousel Time Capsule\, which will remain sealed until the Carousel’s 125th anniversary in 2031.
