Late arrivals (after 5pm) should come prepared with a cart or wagon to transport your camping gear along the short walk to the Haystack Village campgrounds.\n– 10pm: Gates Close for the night. \nSATURDAY (Live music from 10am – Midnight)\n– 9am: Gates re-open for general admission.\n– 7pm: Entry gates are closed for the rest of the weekend.\nThe Haystack Cafe\, will feature a diverse menu (including vegetarian and vegan options) for all ages with mouth-watering homemade food and dining in front of the Haystack Village Stage. \nAll of your Haystack fashion-wear\, artist merch\, crafts\, and camping accessories\, can be found in our rustic log Haystack General Store. \nThere will be no re-entry so\, please prepare responsibly and bring everything you’ll need for the weekend.  \nRespecting our community and the environment is a Haystack priority. DESCRIPTION:Hop on your bikes as a family for a weekly bike ride! This is an all-ages/all-abilities ride from Southeast Portland to the PSU Farmers’ Market. This ride helps support local farmers\, bakers\, and makers of all kinds and builds community in a relaxed\, informal setting. \nRides are on every Saturday the market is open (year round except weekends between Christmas and New Year). Check the host’s website for weather-related closures. \nOnce a month\, there’s also a similar ride from Northwest Portland (meeting at NW Raleigh St & 26th Ave and then NW Pettygrove St & 13th Ave)\, led by Strong Towns PDX. DESCRIPTION:Meet at the Nature Center and join a Naturalist on a hike through Tryon Creek. Topics will vary week to week and are geared to ages 5 and up\, but all ages are welcome.  Parents must accompany kids on all hikes. Groups of 10 or more should contact the park in advance. \nConfirm hike topics on the event host website as they’re subject to change. \n9/20 – Ask a Ranger: This hike has no particular subject. It is your opportunity to hike with a Park Ranger\, ask impromptu questions\, and get their perspective on Oregon State Parks and Tryon Creek. This is an Access Recreation hike and occurs only on trails and terrain that are less challenging and closer to the Nature Center. This route often includes Old Main Trail\, Big Fir Trail\, Center Trail\, and Maple Ridge Trail.
