DESCRIPTION:Join us for the 11th annual Portland Winter Light Festival\, now entering its second decade of illuminating art and creativity.\n\n\nThis free and inclusive event will take place from February 6 – February 14\, 2026\, at various locations throughout the city.\n\n\nEvent Highlights:\n\n \n\n\nTheme: “All The Little Things”: This year’s theme explores how the smallest things can carry the greatest weight—how insects have more power when they work together. How a tiny stone can reflect light\, and how one memory can set you on a path to the future.\n\n\nFestival Dates: February 6 – 14\, 2026\n\n\n\nAnchor Sites Open: February 6 & 7and February 13 & 14 (Fridays and Saturdays only)\n6 – 10 PM at Pioneer Courthouse Square\, World Trade Center Plaza\, and Electric Blocks.\nAdditional major installation sites include PSU\, Director Park\, Waterfront Park\, Ankeny Alley\, and Old Town.\nGlow Bar will be open\nPerformances and Live Events: Times and specific locations will vary; see the Festival website for details.\nAll Other Festival Pop-Up Locations: February 6 – 14\, 6 – 10 PM unless otherwise noted\nA comprehensive map with all locations and hours will be released in January.\n\n~~~~~~~~~~~\n\n\nFebruary 14: Don’t miss the free Little Luminary Lantern Workshop hosted by our friends at The Judy! Get an inside look at light-based artists as they transform Portland with light.\n🍿 Enjoy yummy snacks and beverages available for purchase at Concessions!\n🫧 Use the restrooms!\n\n\nAt 6:15pm: Join the Little Luminary Procession as we parade from The Judy down to Director Park.\n\n\n~~~~~~~~~~~\n\n\nAdmission: All events are free and open to all ages and abilities.\n\n\nAccessibility: The festival venues are accessible to people with disabilities.\n\n\nDon’t miss this opportunity to be part of a luminous journey celebrating over a decade of creativity and wonder.
