DESCRIPTION:Connect with community and enjoy music\, activities\, and more in celebration of Pride Month!\n\n\nThe event will take place at Town Center Park and feature:\n\n\n\nEmcee Poison Waters\nPerformance by Poison Waters &  Friends\nSpeaker Basic Rights Oregon Executive Director\, Kyndall  Mason\nMusic Performed by DJ SM4SH\n\nPRIDE CELEBRATION – MOST FABULOUS CONTEST\nThe Pride Celebration features the Most Fabulous Contest\, which includes categories such as:\n\n \n\n\n\nMost Fabulous Pride Themed Adult Attire\nMost Fabulous Pride Themed Kid Attire\nMost Fabulous Pride Themed Decorated Bike\n\nWhat to Expect\n\nMusic and speeches use amplified sound throughout the event. (Earplugs will be available.)\nThe event is outside (rain or shine). There are some trees\, but it is mostly a grassy field.\nMobi-Mats\, access mats\,  will be available onsite.\nLimited seating will be available; attendees are welcome to bring lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy performances and speeches.\nFood will be available onsite for purchase.\nThe park is a public space\, and the water feature will be on during the event.\nThere are on-site public restrooms.\nEvent sponsors may have booths at the event.\nCrafts will be available (using materials such as crayons and paint)\nLimited onsite parking.  Limited ADA parking and drop-off area will be available at the Parks and Recreation Building parking lot on Park Place.\n\nGetting to Pride\n\nBike: SMART Transit is offering a free\, group bike ride from Villebois to the Pride Celebration (Town Center Park).\n\nBike with Pride details are available here.\n\n\nTransit: SMART Transit goes directly to Town Center Park.\n\nMap your trip here. \n\n\nCar: Parking is available on Courtside Drive and at City Hall (29799 SW Town Center Loop).\n\nFor event information\, contact DEI@wilsonvilleoregon.gov.\n\n\n\nAdditional details will be provided as the date approaches.
