SUMMARY:Randall Children's Hospital 4th Annual Touch A Truck
DESCRIPTION:Randall Children’s Hospital at Legacy Emanuel is pleased to invite families and children of all ages to the fourth annual free Touch-A-Truck event.  This year’s event is slated to include 40+ community organizations\, and a wide variety of vehicles for everyone to tour alongside giveaways and resources for the entire family.\n\n\nEveryone can visit the safety stations and children will enjoy a variety of vehicles on display\, including tow trucks\, fire engines\, ambulances\, buses\, and so much more.\n\n\nEach family will leave with supplies and education to ensure children stay safe.\n\n \n\n\nThe event is made possible by donations to the Randall Children’s Hospital Foundation.\n\n\nWhen: Saturday\, July 11\, from 9:00am-12:00pm – free and all ages welcome.\n\n\nWhere: Clackamas Community College\, located at 7738 SE Harmony Rd\, Milwaukie\, OR 97222.  Event will take place in parking lot.\n\n\nWhy: Members of the Randall Children’s Hospital Child Injury Prevention team will be there to help families learn more about water safety\, car seats\, and boosters at a child passenger safety station. They will also get home safety tips to keep children safe and avoid unnecessary trips to the hospital. Health educators and certified child passenger safety technicians will be available to answer questions and provide parents and caregivers with hands-on demonstrations. As always\, there will be lots of giveaways!\n\n\nEditor’s note: This event is a community submission.
