This free, family-friendly event is a cherished tradition in the community, offering a vibrant mix of live entertainment, food, shopping, and patriotic festivities along the Columbia River waterfront. The celebration begins early with a ceremonial bell ringing at 2 p.m., where the community will gather as the bell rings 13 times in honor of the original 13 colonies and the spirit of American independence.
The 2025 celebration features an exciting main stage lineup including:
- Shoot to Thrill – An electrifying AC/DC tribute band
- Rock & Roll Cowboys – A country rock crowd favorite
- The Sweetwater Band – A high-energy mix of classic hits
Throughout the day, attendees can enjoy local food and beverage vendors, merchandise and artisan booths, kids’ activities, tailgating areas, and more. The celebration will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display over the Columbia River at 10 p.m. visible from throughout the waterfront area.
