DESCRIPTION:What started as an excuse to eat good food and play outside has become a sweet\, wholesome gathering to look forward to.\n\n\nHere’s the Deal…\n🧘‍♀️ We’ll kick things off with a 45-minute flow followed by a low-key\, come-as-you-are\, wholesome picnic hang. *All levels are totally welcome. No experience required!\n\n\n🎨 To all my mommas\, we’ll have a chaperoned kids’ corner with art\, dance\, and creative outlets to keep your kiddo entertained while you flow. OR you can absolutely bring baby to the mat and we can all roll around together in the purest form of happy baby there is!\n\n \n\n\n🍉 Make it yours: Come for the yoga\, skip it and just come for the picnic\, or do it all!\n\n\nBring the family\, some food to share\, and let’s play in the park! Let this summer be a sweet time to kick off your shoes\, touch grass\, and join me in meeting this life with a little more joy\, silliness\, and space to let your authentic journey unfold.
