Bring your costume\, your bike\, your curiosity!\n\n\n🎃 What’s Happening at The Witching Hour?\n\n\n2:00 PM – 6:00 PM \n\n \n\n\n\nPumpkin decorating stations\, costume parades\, and bike-decorating competitions\, pet costume contest\nInteractive educational booths with local nonprofits and community partners\nStreet games\, chalk art\, and hands-on sustainability fun\nBeer garden + food vendors highlighting Portland favorites\nCostume contest with prizes for kids\, adults\, and groups\, and pets!\nPop-up markets + creative vending\nLive music and DJs bringing the streets to life\n\n12PM – 3PM | Milagro’s Día de los Muertos Altar Ride\n\n\nA community ride that culminates at the festival\, connecting Halloween energy with Day of the Dead traditions.\n\n\n🌍 Why This Matters\n\n\nThe Blumenauer Witching Hour is both a party and a pilot.
