Preserving the Harvest

Thimbleberry Collaborative Farm 28600 SE Orient Dr, Gresham

Join us at the Thimbleberry Collaborative Farm from 2-4pm to learn about preserving farm-fresh produce. We’ll harvest some veggies together and then quick-pickle cucumbers and ferment cabbage. The workshop will be offered on a sliding scale, starting at $10/ person. Hope to see you there!
