| A workshop to celebrate the caregivers in your life! Join us for a workshop on illustrating a crankie for a loved one on Mother’s Day Weekend. Kids will receive their own scrolling picture story kit (a crankie!) to design and illustrate. From 2 years old and up this workshop is designed to adapt for any age. Leave with a beautiful moving card that cranks along to express your love and admiration for a loved one. Teaching artist liz HOWLS is an experienced educator and puppeteer, who has enjoyed making Crankies for friends and family over the years.
Kids and their caregivers will receive 2 hrs of access to the MUDLAND playspace, a 1 hr crankie workshop with a crankie kit, pastries, coffee, drinks and complimentary snacks. Kids are free to play at any time during the workshop. Mudland/Mucky Duck is an open space for kids to play and create. Sliding scale tickets – $20 and up We will be holding 4 workshops.
