Cards for Care is a volunteer cardmaking event for teens interested in spreading joy! Participants will gather in the children’s library, before we open to the public, and get creative for a good cause. Teens will decorate and write encouraging messages in cards that will be sent to kids at Randall Children’s Hospital at Legacy Emanuel. Guidelines for making cards will be provided. We’ll bring the snacks and supplies, you bring the positive vibes! You can earn 1.5 volunteer hours for participating in this program. Due to the special before-hours scheduling of this program, teens will be admitted between 10:50 and 11:00 AM via the north entrance of the library in the parking lot. Follow the signs!
