Learn some simple, but tried and true massage techniques to massage your little ones, the Loving Touch® Method. Diana is offering some free baby massage classes to support parent baby wellness at the Loving Touch Classroom. She’s a Master Instructor/Trainer and will teach you – through guided instruction how to perform a baby massage routine on your little one. Only you perform the massage. Meet other parents, too. Bring your own oil and baby blanket to make your space. The class is free – some handouts will be provided. These sessions are open to parent infant/and baby dyads birth to about 6 months of age. You will need to call to register. Space is limited. We are located near Mall 205/Portland Adventist Hospital. I will be teaching on Thursday mornings from 11:00 – 12:15 pm weekly.
