KidDo-Re-Mi is a group music class for babies/toddlers, and their adult! Join us for exciting songs and activities designed to enrich our connection with music, and nurture a love of music theory.
​Class is held on Mondays from 10:00-11:00, in NE Portland near the Grotto (contact Mary for exact address). Sign-up for the whole 10-week session for $150, or drop-in for $20.
KidDo-Re-Mi emphasizes singing with solfege syllables (like do-re-mi), to help develop a solid understanding of pitch and musical relationships. We sing beloved children’s songs that are helpful for establishing daily routines, easing transitions, and soothing moments of stress- with hands-on opportunities to create music on keyboard instruments, drums, and other musical toys!
KidDo-Re-Mi is led by pianist, composer, and mother Mary Sutton Torres, who has over 20 years of teaching experience and an ever-growing passion for music education.
