The International Loving Touch Foundation will be holding two FREE parent-baby massage demonstration classes in Portland. These classes are taking place during one of our upcoming CIMI® Certified Infant Massage Instructor Trainings and we invite parents to learn the art of infant massage. Parents will be massaging through guided instruction. Only parents do the massage. Space is limited. Register today. In these sessions, parents will learn basic massage techniques designed for infants/toddlers. The benefits are many, from sleeping more soundly to less fussiness, improved feeding, bonding/attachment parent baby connections, and more. Parents also benefit from the experience. Studies have shown that stress levels (cortisol) are reduced. Receive a bottle of natural oil, and a stroke handout will be provided for volunteer participants. You must register for this class.
