At Fern & Fir Nature Camps, we believe childhood should be wild, curious, and deeply connected to the Earth. Our camps offer hands-on adventures in foraging, herbal crafting, river play, and farm-to-table learning. We nurture resilience, creativity, and confidence through outdoor exploration. Camp Details

9 am-2 pm (optional 3 pm pickup add-on)
Ages 4 and up welcome!
Transport available (limited, first come, first served)

Weekly Adventures
Monday-Wednesday and Select Thursdays at Mary S. Young Park (West Linn)
Explore winding trails, splash in river access points, and dive into fun-packed days filled with nature play, wildcrafting, carving, and herbal crafting projects!
Special Thursday Field Trips
Rainbow Trout Farm, Sauvie Island, berry picking, Wilson River, and more!
Fridays
Farm-to-Table Days at McPhillips Farm (McMinnville)
Harvest from our food forests, get hands-on with gardening projects, create herbal crafts, splash by the river, pick berries, and meet our adorable baby sheep!
Each Friday, campers will gather fresh ingredients and cook seasonal dishes, learning about sustainability, food sourcing, and building community.
Transportation available from Portland — first come, first served.
