Featured School of the Week: Art World School

Art World School is a professional Fine Art School established in 1997 by professional artists. The school’s mission is to “Inspire, learn life long skills, and create something new.” Students of all ages are able to take Fine Art drawing/painting, clay, and arts and craft classes. Students are able to participate in annual art shows at the Portland Art Museum as well as state, national, and international art competitions. Small group, one-on-one, and private classes are offered. The classes and programs offered are as follows:

– After School Program: Monday-Friday with different schedule options and flexible scheduling. Homework help/tutoring, Fine Art drawing/painting, and other enrichment classes offered daily.

– Fine Art Program with Drawing/Painting Classes: small group classes, one-on-one classes, in person or online classes, or private family classes.

– Camps: Full-day or half-day schedule options on No School Days throughout the school year. Winter Camp, Spring Camp, Summer camp offered every year.

Art World School prides itself on giving each student individual attention, professional step-by-step instruction and feedback, and continuous student improvement. Students can conveniently enroll on Art World school’s website for camps and the After School Program or through Art World School’s Mindbody site for individual classes in the Fine Art Program.

Art World School is conveniently located in the Bethany Area, right across the street from Findley Elementary school in the Remington Village complex. There is ample parking and a great environment in the school for students.

New Students are offered a trial class at a special rate to experience a class at Art World school and see which class or program is most suitable for them. Art World School works with each new student to find the best fit for them in terms of interests, schedule, and level. Students can also choose the teacher of their choice for some classes and teachers can help students build a strong art portfolio for their future needs.
