Make holiday memories at the award-winning Hands On Children’s Museum in Olympia, WA. Explore 150+ exhibits and enjoy winter activities, special guests, and events.  

Bring the whole family and celebrate the New Year all day at our Noon Year’s Eve Storyland Celebration December 31, 9 am-5 pm. Feel like you are in Time Square with a family countdown, ball drop, dance party, and parade every hour. Meet lovable costumed characters from your favorite stories, get your hands into Oobleck with Dr. Seuss, take the 3 Little Pigs engineering challenge, make a catapult to storm the castle and more!

Enjoy 3 days of frozen fun at Ice Adventures, January 18-20 (MLK Holiday Weekend), 9 am-5 pm. Meet costumed ice princesses, practice ice shaving with real tools, slide in our indoor sock skating rink, watch Dr. Science dry ice demos, and explore a black light ice cave.
