Beat the weather and sneak in a little exercise by exploring Portland’s bowling scene! Many of these Portland-area bowling alleys also have kid-friendly food, arcade games, and other attractions.

Allen’s Crosley Lanes
42 lanes with automatic scoring, restaurant and lounge

Big Al’s
Bowling, plus a 7000 sq. ft. arcade, sports bar and grill

Grand Central
12 lanes, HD projection screens, couches, food and drink, arcade.

Hours: Weekdays 4:00-10:00 pm. Weekends 12:00 pm-12:00 am. Reservations are recommended. 503-236-BOWL.
Cost: From $8/game. $5 shoe rental.
KingPins Portland & Beaverton
32 state-of-the-art bowling lanes in a large, modern entertainment center with arcade, virtual reality, laser tag (Beaverton only) and full-service lounge. They also host birthdays.
Where: 3550 SE 92nd Avenue, Portland and 2725 Cedar Hills Blvd, Beaverton
Hours: Varies. Check the website for the specific day and location.
Cost: Lane reservations start at $24.99 for one hour, and lanes can accommodate up to six guests. Shoes $4.29/guest. Half price arcade and VR Monday-Tuesday, 5:00 pm to close.

Mt. Hood Lanes

Hours: Weekdays 2 pm-11 pm or 12 am, Weekends 1 pm-11 pm or 12 am. Call for availability in the evening since leagues have most lanes reserved.
Cost: Starts at $25 per lane, per hour, up to 6 bowlers per lane. Shoes are $3.75/person.
Park Lanes

Punch Bowl Social
Trendy dining with bowling and games in a 32,000 square foot entertainment center/restaurant. 8 bowling lanes (first come/first serve), plus food and drink, vintage arcade, and table games, like ping pong and board games.

Tigard Bowl
