FLIP has a variety of crafts for different age levels this month to honor Arab Heritage Month.
- Khanda Mosaics: Use coloring pages, glue, and tissue paper to create beautiful, traditional designs.
- Mala Bracelets: Make your own bracelets with beads, which may require adult help to finish
- Arabic Alphabet Caligraphy: Use a traditional brush and ink to learn how to write and read Arabic letters – from right to left, of course
- Bedouin Weave Craft: Cut and paste colorful paper to mirror the kinds of patterns used in traditional weaving.
Of course, all our normal exhibits are available as well, like our green screen stage, cartoon-making room, and fort making area.
$10/Person, Under Age 2 is Free
