Our 2026 PDX Parent Family Festival presented by German International School will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 9 am-1 pm at Topaz Farm on Sauvie Island. We can’t wait to see you there, rain or shine!

Each year, more than 2,000 kids and grown-ups join us for a day filled with fun, music, and community. Through the generosity of sponsors, we are able to make admission to this event free for families. While admission is free, be sure to bring money to buy a delicious lunch from the farm grill, and to enjoy some of the activities that require a fee, such as the cow train, mini-digger, and face painting. There will be plenty of free activities to enjoy, too!

More Festive Fun

Get ready for fun on the farm! Ride the cow train ($5), try the duck races, and hop on the tractor tricycles. Come hungry — the farm market and grill will be open, with kid-friendly menu items available. Grown-ups can get in on the fun, too, with farm-fresh food, local drinks and relaxing picnic areas.

Frango Entertainment will be there doing face painting!

Columbia Play Project will also be there with their Mobile Museum!

Fairy Hair will be available too!

  • There will be kid-friendly menu items at the Topaz Farm grill.
  • There are water refill areas.
