Visitors can watch these exciting races completely free! Enjoy the racing, visit delicious food vendors and bask in Portland’s glorious September weather. There’s a family area for kids to enjoy, too. There is NO entry fee. Simply go to the park, bring a blanket or chairs, and enjoy the races.
