Come join our class that explores the intersections of eating, body image, and how we can teach our children to love themselves and make choices that make their bodies and minds feel great!

In this class, you’ll find child-raising solutions unique to your family with certified parent coach, sleep consultant, and wisdom curator Emily McMason.

Space is limited to 20 people. The Museum will provide free childcare services and a snack for children attending, for a total of 20 children, ages 2-12.
