If you’re in Vancouver, Pipsqueak Resale Boutique in the Vancouver Mall is the place to go for top consignment costumes (or shop online!). The shop carries kid-approved favorites, from iconic costumes to the latest TV and movie characters. Newborn to youth size 16; from $2.99 on up.
