Portland’s 11 Best Places to Decorate Cakes and Cookies with Kids

Baking and decorating sweet treats are some of my favorite moments with my kids, especially during the holidays.  We still make time to fill our kitchen with the smells of cinnamon, ginger, sugar, and butter, but sometimes we look for a little help as well.  Luckily Portland has many talented bakers, decorators, and chefs ready and willing to share their skills and help create those memories!

Many classes are best for slightly older children (around 10 and older), but classes for younger kids are also available.  The majority are small businesses owned by locals, meaning you are supporting our community as you make your memories.
