Join the Fun! Our free end-of-summer arts celebration is back for its 4th year! Arts Alive is a free, all-ages community arts festival hosted by Free Arts NW in East Portland. The event brings together local artists, performers, youth, and families for a day of creative expression, live music and community connection. Past events have featured art vendors, food, hands-on activities, and live performances.

Parking: Please be respectful of our neighbors. There is plenty of street parking and large parking lot across the street on 122nd.

Know Before You Go
- Tickets: No tickets needed, its free
- Seating: Lots of tables and chairs are available under our large tents and in our youth gallery show area.
- Food & Drink: Satisfy your cravings with delectable treats from our food vendor, TBD.
- Payment: It’s always a good idea to bring cash but most vendors have digital readers.
- Footware: Arts Alive is an outdoor event, much of which takes place on gravel. The festival will go forward rain or shine!
- Animals: We have live music which can be hard on our furry friends, but we welcome them as long as they are leashed.
- Smoking: No smoking permitted at the event. We ask you to down wind on the sidewalk.
