Join us on Friday, April 19 from 11 AM to 4 PM to Celebrate Earth Month! Bring in your reusable tech to donate to Free Geek. Take the pledge to always use a reusable bag and get a cloth bag from Washington Square (limit one per customer, while supplies last).

We are excited to be working with Free Geek, a local nonprofit organization. Free Geek safely & securely refurbishes locally donated technology and gives it back to our community at no or low cost to provide our community’s most vulnerable populations with the digital literacy skills they need to succeed and thrive. What cannot be refurbished is recycled in an environmentally responsible manner.

Some of the refurbished technology donated by Washington Square visitors will help benefit local Tigard nonprofits including Family Promise of Tualatin Valley, Just Compassion, Good Neighbor Center, and the Tigard Public Library. These nonprofits are members of the Tigard Chamber of Commerce, and this donation program is being led by their Leadership Tigard cohort.
