Spooky season is back and it’s time to celebrate with Howloween at the Oregon Zoo! Bring your costumed kids for treats and Halloween fun. Enjoy a safe setting for trick-or-treaters to learn about wildlife with exciting activities throughout the zoo. Howloween activities are best suited for children ages 2-10, but all are welcome. Both weekends feature keeper chats and live entertainment.
This year, Howloween is more immersive than ever with a special $5 Paws, Claws and Candy pack that includes participation in Trick or Treat Street, the Dance Party, and a free carousel or train ride.
Plus, join the Oregon Zoo on October 17 at 1 pm for the annual Squishing of the Squash. Watch as the zoo’s Asian elephant family playfully demolishes some of the Pacific Northwest’s largest pumpkins.
