As part of the Portland Winter Light Festival, families can participate in their 3rd annual Little Luminaries Procession! This is a magical evening stroll designed just for the little ones! Gather with your friends at The Judy on Saturday, February 14, at 6:15 PM, and embark on a luminous adventure through the festival grounds, ending at Director Park.
What to expect: Illuminate the night with creativity as you and your little luminaries don illuminated costumes, carry lanterns, wave simple, colorful flags, and showcase lit objects of all kinds. This family-friendly event encourages everyone, including the adults, to dress up and become a part of the glowing spectacle.
