🍜 What: A festive food celebration featuring delicious bites and drinks from local AAPI vendors.
📅 When: February 15 & 16, 12 PM – 9 PM
📍 Where: Shun Fat Supermarket (5253 SE 82nd Ave, Portland, OR)
💖 Why: Money raised through vendor fees and donations will go directly to support the launch of the White Lotus Scholarship—coming Spring 2025!
🌟 Vendor Spotlight: Are you a local food or drink creator? Applications open November 22 and close December 20! This is your chance to showcase your culinary creations and support a meaningful cause.
