Kids can sing loud, dance wild and make joyful noise from August 10-14 at NWVA’s Summer Choral Academy! We invite kids Pre-K through 5th grade to feel the joy of music making. We teach music games, rhythm activities, vocal exploration, and more, designed for all ages and experience levels.
The camp is taught by a licensed music teacher and caring staff who love working with kids. The week ends with a performance for the families.
There is also a camp for kids 6th-12th grades with guest clinician Lisa Neher and a choir conducted by NWVA’s Artistic Director Samuel Barbara and Assistant Conductor Karen Bohart. The tuition is only $250 and is a great way to receive 1-1 coaching from professionals and learn more about NWVA’s Youth Choir.
