Portland Parks Environmental Education is starting a new program called Explore Your Park series! These pop-up events will have a scavenger hunt, creature feature, and fun hands-on activities to help participants learn about the plants and animals that call that park home. The program is free, open to all ages, and drop in style. Come anytime between 11am – 1pm to explore and learn about the parks.
Join us in April at Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge to learn about Frogs, our creature of the month. The scavenger hunt starts at the North Entrance off SE Milwaukie Ave and SE Mitchell St and ends at Tadpole Pond.
Parking is limited on site. Street parking nearby in the neighborhoods is available.
