This class is designed for folks who are at least 4 weeks postpartum and uses yoga and rehabilitative exercises to regain core strength, relieve pelvic floor imbalances, ease neck and back tension. Class starts with a check-in that fosters community and helps the teacher tailor the session to the attendees. Babies are welcome to attend so long as they are pre-crawling or not yet crawling fast enough to get away from their caregivers. A wonderful place to tend to your body and spirit, and build community with others on the postpartum journey. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
