The Southeast Nurturing Circle is a supportive space for parents – from pregnancy through baby’s 1st year – to gather and find community and support from Bridgetown Baby postpartum doulas and other families. In this weekly gathering, parents and caregivers discuss joys and challenges, share tears and laughter, and offer and receive empathy and ideas to ease the parenting journey. In this informal setting, with play options for both mobile and pre-mobile babies, caregivers are encouraged to take care of their needs and the needs of their littles while building connections to sustain them in the early months and years as a family. Babies and caregivers are invited to stay after class and enjoy play time in our studio.
