Get an early start to your Halloween by heading to downtown Troutdale for a safe and fun trick-or-treat event! The businesses in our historic downtown will be handing out treats to ghouls and goblins of all ages from 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. If you want to keep celebrating, The Columbia Gorge Outlets will also host trick or treating from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.
