The Ukrainian Day Festival is a free public celebration of Ukrainian culture taking place at Westmoreland Park in Portland. The festival welcomes people of all backgrounds to experience Ukrainian music, dance, traditional food, cultural exhibits, artisan vendors, children’s activities, and community programming.
Last year, only about one-quarter of the several thousand attendees were Ukrainian, reflecting the festival’s broad appeal across Portland’s diverse communities. The event offers families a warm and accessible way to enjoy Ukrainian traditions, connect with neighbors, and celebrate the region’s multicultural spirit.
