Join us for the 11th annual Portland Winter Light Festival, now entering its second decade of illuminating art and creativity.

This free and inclusive event will take place from February 6 – February 14, 2026, at various locations throughout the city.

Event Highlights: Theme: “All The Little Things”: This year’s theme explores how the smallest things can carry the greatest weight—how insects have more power when they work together. How a tiny stone can reflect light, and how one memory can set you on a path to the future.

February 14: Don’t miss the free Little Luminary Lantern Workshop hosted by our friends at The Judy! Craft your glowing lantern and get ready to light up the night in the parade!

🎥 Watch the short film “Sparking Creativity” in the Cinema at The Judy. Get an inside look at light-based artists as they transform Portland with light.
🍿 Enjoy yummy snacks and beverages available for purchase at Concessions!
🫧 Use the restrooms!

At 6:15pm: Join the Little Luminary Procession as we parade from The Judy down to Director Park.
