Frequently Asked Questions

Listings are good for one year and then will need to be renewed. You will receive a renewal notice. Expired listings will not show in the directory. Listings that have been expired for 15 days or more will be deleted. 

PDX Parent will let you know if your listing is not a fit for our directory.

PDX Parent may refuse to publish any content if we deem, in our sole discretion, that it is inappropriate for our audience. To maintain relevance and protect our community from deception or harm, we avoid commercial relationships with entities that promote any of the following:

• adult products
• alcohol, tobacco
• recreational drugs (illegal or legal)
• weight loss products and services that make
  unreasonable claims or promote unhealthy activity
• pharmaceuticals and supplements we deem
  unsafe or questionable
• weapons and explosives
• online gambling
• lotteries or games of skill
• imitation or counterfeit goods
• treatments and therapies that have not
  been FDA-approved
• political ads, products from endangered
  or threatened species
• false documents
• malware and hacking
• deceptive subscription services
• content that falls outside the boundaries of our mission statement, and otherwise unacceptable business

We recommend you write out your descriptive paragraph before submitting. You can edit or change your listing at any time.
