Oregon Ballet Theatre

From pre-ballet for the youngest movers to their two-week Junior Intensive for ages 8 and older, plus their Summer Intensive for experienced dancers and adult classes for continuing ballet education, there is an opportunity for all ages to get moving this summer. PIVOT PDX, LLC

At PIVOT PDX, kids will explore performing as an outlet for creativity, artistry, humor, and expression. Activities such as charades, musical dots, find the beat, pass the move, sketch comedy, and hand puppets, will be explored at each campers’ comfort level. Camps are split into two age groups and the younger age group has a half or full-day option. Mutual aid spots (no pay and food provided for marginalized communities) are available in each session.

NW Dance Project’s Summer Dance Intensive, happening June 26 to June 30, is for intermediate and advanced dancers, ages 9 to 18, looking for a comprehensive curriculum of techniques and styles of dance. Students will experience the joy of dance with Portland’s finest teachers in an open and inclusive environment. The week includes Ballet, Contemporary, Musical Theater, Hip Hop, and Improvisation classes and will conclude with a show for family and friends!

Balance Soccer offers a 5-day, 4-night overnight soccer camp in the scenic forest of Vernonia, Oregon. The camp provides top-quality coaching from experienced soccer professionals, as well as fun and engaging activities like a 350′ Slip n’ Slide, floating in the creek, and swimming in the pool.
