In the November 2018 Play Room Kids to Know column we featured 15-year-old Brooke Abbruzzese and her group of friends who published the Saving Pan cookbook to help chimpanzees endangered by the Africa’s illegal bushmeat trade. Proceeds from the vegetarian cookbook are going to the Jane Goodall Institute’s Tchimpounga Sanctuary.
