North Clackamas Parks & Recreation

Tucker Arts Camp

Voted Best Arts Camp in 2022, Tucker Arts Camp travels the world! Over eight weeks, children in preschool through fifth grade explore the art of storytelling through music, visual arts and diverse world cultures. The beautiful campus in SE Portland offers a large organic garden, tree house theater, goats, and gym. There is plenty of space for inspiration from the natural world and fun in the summer sun. Air conditioned studios; 8:30-2:30 + aftercare available.


TimberNook Northwest Oregon

TimberNook is an innovative nature-based developmental program designed to foster creativity, imagination, and independent play in the great outdoors. TimberNook is not your typical day camp. TimberNook experiences are developed based on their therapeutic value and ability to inspire children to think and play in new creative ways. Children take away valuable skills that can last a lifetime.

Saturday Academy

Mine the intersections of science, engineering, technology, the arts, and mathematics in the Saturday Academy’s fun, community-centered, opportunities for hands-on creation. These programs highlight career pathways in a diverse array of sectors to empower emerging minds to leverage skills developed in a warm and supportive setting taught by practitioners for an inspired and informed future.


Dharma Rain Zen Center

Dharma Camp is a six-day summer camp for kids aged nine through eighteen who are interested in Buddhism.  The experience combines traditional camp activities like arts and crafts, swimming, sports, a campfire, and songs, with Buddhist practices such as meditation, chanted morning service, silent breakfast, and mindful work practice.  People of all faiths or none are welcome to attend Dharma Camp.


Merry Mystics Spirit Camps

All the holistic life skills you wish you knew when you were younger, packed into an awesome summer camp? Check!

At Merry Mystics, kids learn to regulate emotions, affirm self-love, connect with nature, access intuition, and so much more.

Northwest Children’s Theater

Visit The Judy — Northwest Children’s Theater’s new home — for their award-winning summer camps! Whether you’re new to theater or you’re ready to enhance your acting, singing, and dancing skills, there’s something for everyone at NWCT. Themes include Paw Patrol (ages 4-6), Hagrid’s Hut (ages 6-9), Shrek (ages 7-11), Stage Combat (ages 10-14), and more!


Oregon Episcopal School

OES offers fun, inquiry-based programs for ages 4-17—with spots still open in all age groups! Kayaking Overnight Camp for middle and high schoolers, Natural Dyeing & Fashion, Soccer, Volleyball, Day Hiking, and more. Flexible tuition and multiple-session discounts are available. 


Northwest Soul Academy

Northwest Soul Academy is not your typical music program. At NWSA summer camp you get to experiment on different instruments, learn piano and composition basics, play interactive games and activities that teach the basics of music theory and musicianship, and you get to play and perform in our mini-theater! Being a block away from Mt. Scott Community Center allows us to have lunch and break time at the park.


Hand2Mouth Theatre

Youth Devising Theater Camps For Middle School – Theater Makers Camps:
Using  collaborative storytelling, improvisation, movement, clown, puppetry, visual art, music, film-making, sound, text, and media, students craft a unique performance/experience of their own devising based on the world in which they live.  Hand2Mouth Theatre Camps are designed to engage artistic and expressive minds — learn how theatre is made, play improv games, craft scenes, learn theatre tech, clowning, puppetry, story telling and expression.


Summer Sing

Spend a week enjoying the wonderful experience of making music with new friends. Summer Sing is a day camp for 1st-5th grade students focused on building community through music and arts connections. Each Summer Sing camp culminates with a final performance to showcase the creativity and music created during the week. Don’t miss out – enroll today!
