The Royal Rosarian Milk Carton Boat Race offers a Sunday filled with family-friendly entertainment and some spirited competition at no charge to attend. Children and adults race and show off handmade boats that float only using recycled milk cartons and jugs. We invite you to come and enjoy the fun!

Get help from experienced Milk Carton Boat builders at the Portland Rose Festival’s renowned Big Float Barn on Saturday, May 18th, from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm. Along with the teachers, who will give you feedback on your plans, Royal Rosarian volunteers will help you work on your boat when you need extra hands!
