Did your kiddo read El Deafo last year for Oregon Battle of the Books? The memoir graphic novel by Cece Bell is now an animated, three-part TV series on Apple TV+.
The series follows a young Bell as she loses her hearing and finds her inner superhero; newcomer Lexi Finigan, who is also deaf, stars as Bell.
